Joyce Colson
I am an M-to-F legal trans woman who was originally born a male in 1948. I served in Vietnam 1968-69, attended college, and worked for a school district for 28.5 years before retiring in 2001. I have worked part time since then by owning my own computer repair business. I was married for 32.5 years to a loving, caring angelic wife who passed away from ovarian cancer in 2005. Her death triggered my transition, finally allowing me to express my true self. I had kept Joyce buried and crushed into suffering silence and pseudo non-existence for too long. Since January 2006 I have been on female hormones, legally changed my name and gender, and had dual orchiectomy surgery. Joyce's duties will include Security, Volunteer Coordinator, hosting tours, and assisting at the Front Desk. Joyce presents: Trans to Trans Relationships So you have transitioned to another gender and fallen in love with another transsexual? Does this confuse you? Love does that to all of us. Join Joyce Colson as she explains the differences for Trans to Trans relationships and how the domestic partnership influences that. Joyce Colson is a M-to-F trans woman currently in a domestic partnership. Prior to her transition, she was married for 32 years in a traditional marriage. Her experience brings insight to loving someone regardless of gender situations.
